• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

3) Supervision & monitoring of leads through inbound channels.

• Collaborate with important functionaries to ensure marketing activities cover the entire gamut of our scope of services and to promote new services and specialties. This includes internal customers as well.
• Forecast & analyze market trends, competitor activities, and assess risks and opportunities.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
5) Marketing Operations & Management
• Sales Force Management
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure their on-ground input is incorporated into our overall branding & marketing strategy.
• Coordination & Management of Team
• Manage a team of marketing and agency professionals to handle both on-ground marketing operations & public-facing marketing efforts.
6) Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices.
