Position Overview:
Responsible for Project Design, Commissioning Engineering and Execution Manufacturing/Production operation (Liquid milk plant, Fermented milk plant, Ice cream plant, cheese plant UHT, Juice, Beverage, Dairy Process, Dryer & Evaporator) of Dairy Green field Projects and timely completion of new and expansion work of HFL, its subsidiaries & JV companies as per plan with high quality and low cost so as to be useful and beneficial to the organization. Quality Assurance, System Implementation and Improvement, Production Operation, Process Enhancement, Environment and Projects Safety.
- Qualitative execution of works as per plan at multiple locations.
- Timely completion of planned project works as per schedule.
- Material Planning, accounting the material purchased for execution of projects.
- Involvement, monitoring and execution of project site development activities with Construction Mgt of Industrial Factory Buildings for Dairy factory, Chilling Centers.
- Installation, Errection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Dairy equipments like Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, Separators, Packing Machines, Ammonia Refrigeration System, Cold Rooms, Utility equipments (Boilers, ETP, WTP, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, Air Compressors, Evaporative Condensers, Ammonia PHE, Cold Stores, Electrical Systems etc.,).
- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction expenditures and work within the budget.
- Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, and Productivity Improvement and Manpower Planning etc. Monitoring and maintaining the cash flow in the projects
- Cost reduction in Project through proper engineering.
- Design & Engineering time period/duration reduction.
- Overall commissioning & Trial period reduce by Proper planning & design.
- Managing the multiple projects within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, scope, and Management satisfaction. Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project results.
- Lisoning with factories department, CEIG, IBR and State PCB etc., for necessary Govt., approvals.
- Energy efficiency Standards identification, implementation.
- Team Management
- Identification of Vendors as per SOPs and Contractor Administration. Co-ordination with Inter depts & OEMs for smooth completion of project activities.
- Efficient Manpower utilization.
- Submission of necessary statutory applications in respect of new projects / expansion of existing plants.
- Ensure implementation of TPM for Energy efficiency Standards, ISO, SHE, FSSAI
- To maintain appropriate records and sending periodical reports
