Manager - Sales Capability Building & Training

Role & responsibilities

The Sales Capability Training Manager designs, implements, and evaluates training programs that improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team.

Work closely with sales leadership, HR, and other departments to align training programs with broader business objectives.

Coordination with Vendors to customization of new tools & technologies to improve sales productivity (DMS application etc.,)

Work with the Sales Head towards creation and execution of the Sales Capability Blueprint towards building a future-ready sales organization.

Preferred candidate profile

In depth understanding of Sales & Distribution ecosystem

Motivate team & build capability

Experience of creating, implementing and delivery of training modules for sales team

Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training insights

Must have similar working experience in Southern part of India in reputed FMCG industries
