Sr Brand Specialist ( Tableau Specialist)

Responsibilities:

The Content Creator is a dynamic professional specializing in video production and eLearning development. This role requires the ability to transform complex information into engaging and easily understandable content. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of creativity and technical expertise, allowing them to produce high-quality training materials. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales organizations effectiveness by delivering clear, impactful content that drives learning and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of sales training materials, including product training modules and educational resources to enhance the HERE Sales Process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leadership, sales teams, and sales operations, to gather and analyse content requirements that align with the HERE sales process.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy that encompasses branding, design, style guidelines, and content categorization to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Work with the Automation Orchestrator to automate and store content, ensuring it is easily accessible for the sales team and integrated into their workflows.
• Continuously adapt and refine content based on user feedback and performance metrics to improve usability and effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of created content through metrics and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Evangelize, train, mentor and coach sales team on content usage when applicable.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar; Master’s degree preferred but not required
• 7+ years of experience in creating diverse content types, including video, eLearning modules and graphic design.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into clean, accessible content.
• Familiarity with Highspot Sales Enablement platform is a plus.
• Experience with design tools such as Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficient in video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro and Camtasia.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong collaborative skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively
