- Develop and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans across all subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and arts and crafts
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, materials, and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, fostering a love for learning in young learners
