Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of stylists and beauty professionals.

2. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and experience, handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and expand the customer base.

4. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.

8. Health and Safety: Ensure the salon is compliant with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
