Join our team at Bath & Body Works as a Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our new store at M5 Mall, Electronic City, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and queries.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their preferences and needs.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns and provide resolutions promptly.

Qualifications:

• For Sales Associate: 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• For Senior Sales Associate: 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
