Senior Admission Counselor

Role & responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admission process for various courses and programs like Data Science, Cyber Security, ACCA, etc.
• Provide detailed information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
• Assist in evaluating student applications and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, ensuring a positive student experience.
• Maintain and update student records and databases.
• Collaborate with academic teams to understand program details and any updates.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure they complete the application process.
• Conduct presentations and webinars to promote programs.
• Assist with scholarship and financial aid applications, when applicable.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve admissions targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, admission processes, and competitor offerings.
• Provide counseling and advice to students and parents about career prospects.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly admissions progress.
