Job Description
What You´ll Do
Technical Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
Understand the supply modules & support for forecasting, supply chain coordination
Handling distributors in the territory. Customer Engagement:Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Project management through Henkel CRM system (ACE). Need Assessment:Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions
Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition. Solution Design:Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs, create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines. Channel Sales Support:Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details
To coordinate with Inside sales & Customer service, Supply chain
Forecasting supplies co-ordination for the team
Update daily activities in the ACE System. Continuous Learning:Stay up to date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills. What makes you a good fit
Bachelors degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering/ chemical engineering, or a related field. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills
XL/PPT skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
