Quality Support Specialist

• Communicate quality data outside the team communication up to management level.
• Be the SPOC for a specific area or stakeholder(s) within our organization.
• Review performance and procedures, analyze findings and identify deficiency areas.
• Identify topics for improvement and optimization to increase efficiency.
• Performing daily audits and analysis.
• Providing feedback refreshers on the identified opportunities
• Ensuring that respective span members are adhering to the current process standards.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit/ analysis reports.
• Making recommendations for improvement and coaching SDAs on improve.
• Identifying Opportunities and drafting proposed improvement plans on the same.
• Meeting individual targets with regard to audits, analysis dispatching.
• Comfortable training and coaching large audiences.
• Creating knowledge test for the dispatch group
