Help Desk Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer support requests through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Provide exceptional customer relationship management by understanding their needs and concerns.
  
• Handle technical queries related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role (Helpdesk/Customer Support).
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
