Job Description
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Assisting the HR Colleagues wherever necessary
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
- Produce and submit reports/Data preparation on general HR activity
- MBA degree in Human Resource
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- The trainee should possess good analytical skills and people skills as he/she would closely work with business
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- 06 months -2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
