YOUR TASKS.
As Requirements Specialist, you can gain deep insights into future-oriented innovations and to help shape them sustainably.
You will oversee supporting our development teams in assessing, defining, and confirming the requirements for lighting the mobility of tomorrow in the Business Group Lighting.
Tasks.
From the idea to series production, you will accompany the development of the latest generation of Headlamps, Rear Combination Lamps, Interior Lighting and Car Body Lighting.
You control the systematic processing and mapping of the requirements in our central database system (IBM DOORS).
You ensure a tool-supported knowledge transfer from previous projects into the current projects and the integration of Lessons Learned.
In cooperation with the project management, you coordinate the processing of the requirements by multidisciplinary teams.
At the same time, you moderate request reviews and the associated data exchange with customers.
Finally, you will impart knowledge of the methodology requirements engineering to the global development teams and drive process improvement.
Qualifications.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS.
Completed studies with a technical focus (BE) or comparable practical experience.
Professional Experience In Requirements Management.
Knowledge of typical RE tools desirable.
Basic knowledge of programming is an advantage.
Analytical way of thinking, abstraction, and structured approach.
Strong team spirit and communication skills.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
