Data Process Specialist

Analyzing requirements within the framework of the development strategy

• Performing requirements analyses, of middle level complexity, in cooperation with specialist in the specific domain related to data policies, tools, methods, and processes, deriving requirements for respective solutions in cooperation with those involved.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders requirements under consideration of overall strategy considering Information security and compliance guidelines.
• Documenting of process changes according to norms and standards.

Development and group-wide provision of data management and data governance methods

• Improving existing processes, methods and concepts for tools (in collaboration with information management) in the area of data governance taking economical and technical points of view into consideration.
• Preparing and coordinating methods and tool roll-out in cooperation with specialist departments affected as well as considering system landscape.
• Cooperating in identifying and evaluating technical solutions on the market based on strategy and Hella requirements and in close alignment with IT.
• Providing support and ad-hoc trainings to the organization in regard to area of responsibility as well as designing training and related documents.
• Track and report on data quality through monitoring and triggering of improvement measures on corporate level.
• Manage communication and application of data policies within the company including measures of organizational change management.

Set-up and transfer of group-wide know-how for standardized data management and data governance methods

• Expanding stakeholder and expert network and actively manage it. Integration of corporate and business. areas, development of experts and documentation of established framework.
• Taking part in events organized by colleges of higher education, institutes, industrial partners; checking the potentials of new methods in order to evaluate their benefits for the company group.
• Coordinating corporate-wide training for the efficient use of software tools and applications for data management.
• Preparing and performing relevant business process trainings.
• Informing the organization of relevant updates and changes.

• Responsible for requirements management of medium complexity projects (collection, implementation, change management and quality assurance, activity planning).
• Developing solution concepts based on process and users technical requirements related to area of responsibility.
• Coordinating general data governance concepts with stakeholders.
• Taking over basic project management (including documentation, cost control, reporting and resource planning) for medium complexity projects.
• Coordinating, creating and providing trainings as well as organizational change management related initiatives (newsletters info-sessions town-hall meetings, rollouts).
