1 Planning of Periodical, Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Plastic Molds.
2 Planning of Periodical, Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Jig fixtures
3 Maintain and analysis MTBF MTTR Report
4 Tool pre readiness checking before production
5 Plan act to meet departmental KPI .
6 Plastic parts design review for Mold Manufacturing feasibility.
7 Work with Design team Tool Makers for Develop the Right quality plastic injection Tooling and Plastic parts
8 Estimate and analyses for Zero base Cost of Tooling and Plastic Parts.
9 Taking part in DFM Review, Mold Flow 3D Mold Design Review.
10 Attend the Mold Trial and ensure the Mold Part Qualifies aesthetically, dimensionally, and functionally.
11 Buy off the Tools with Mold Inspection.
12 New tool Reception, Validation and Production
13 Critical spare management
14 Training Plan and develop tooling team members.
15 Follow up and inspect the outsource tooling Job works.
16 Visit and inspection of mold condition in outsource molding supplier.
17 Planning for yearly over head Investment for Tool Room
18 Responsible for maintaining the tool room and undertaking all types of repair works
19 Responsible for monitoring the projects and for maximum utilization of resources
20 Responsible tools, jig, fixtures improvement plan execution
21 Hands on in Hot Runner Molds. (Mold Master Yudo)
22 Hands on 2D 3D softwares (Catia, UG)
23 Assign tasks to down the team
24 Monitoring maintaining the 5 S in the Tool room.
