We are a leading management consulting firm seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Strategy & Transformation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background from top-tier consulting firms (such as MBB) and a full-time MBA from a Category A institute, complemented by an engineering degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Leadership:
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements focused on strategy, transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations.
Strategic Analysis & Recommendations:
- Conduct rigorous analyses, market research, and operational assessments to develop actionable strategic recommendations.
- Design and implement transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client performance and operational effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations, reports, and business cases to client leadership.
Operational Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to drive efficiency improvements.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes, ensuring sustained improvements.
Business Development & Thought Leadership:
- Support proposal development and client pitches to help expand our client base and service offerings.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Full-time MBA from a Category A institute, combined with an engineering degree.
- Candidates from premier consulting firms (MBB or equivalent) are highly preferred.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, or operational efficiency consulting.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
