Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage patient relations by providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth hospital experience.
  
• Coordinate front office operations, including reception services, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  
• Handle guest relations with empathy and professionalism to maintain a positive reputation for the hospital.
  
• Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance on patient care procedures.
  
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of patient interactions using electronic medical records (EMRs).
