Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the hospital front office operations, ensuring smooth admission /discharge processes for patients.
  
• Handle guest relations by providing exceptional service, resolving patient queries and issues promptly, and addressing their concerns in a humble manner.
  
• Be proficient with hospital management software and to do billing and payment procedures to ensure accurate financial records.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, admin, operations, accounts, ward, OT, Lab, Pharmacy) to ensure seamless patient services.
  
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
