Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the accounting and financial operations of our organization. This role involves handling GST and TDS compliance, maintaining accounts for multiple branches, reconciling ledgers, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as CAs and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Handle GST compliance, including filing returns for multiple GST registrations and resolving GST credit mismatches with vendors.
• Reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts for multiple branches and consolidate financial data as needed.
• Coordinate with the purchase team to collect bills and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending payments, invoices, and GST-related issues.
• Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with the CA and auditors to prepare financial reports, tax filings, and audits.
• Use accounting software like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks for maintaining and updating financial records.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing accounts and compliance for multiple branches.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
