Production Manager - Grow Bags Manufacturing

HEALTHUNBOX PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead grow bags manufacturing at our facility. The candidate will oversee production planning, process optimization, quality control, and labor management to ensure smooth operations. This role requires expertise in manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Production Planning & Execution:

• Supervise grow bags manufacturing and ensure production targets are met.
• Implement workflow optimization for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.

✔ Quality Control & Compliance:

• Enforce strict quality standards in manufacturing.
• Work with the QA team to minimize defects and improve product quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.

✔ Manpower & Team Management:

• Hire, train, and supervise production workers.
• Optimize labor allocation to improve productivity.
• Track daily production output and maintain efficiency records.

✔ Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management.
• Optimize dispatch & logistics for seamless operations.

✔ Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain production reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Introduce automation and technological improvements where feasible.
