Procurement/Purchase Executive

• Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice for the Labs.
• You will be responsible for goods procurement with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
• You will assist in drafting an appropriate service level agreement to properly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and report on this on a regular basis.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Operations staff) to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
• Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment, inventory management and supplier performance.
• You will maintain business relationships with different vendors to fulfil the needs of supplies.
• Graduate with minimum 3-8 relevant experience.
• Excellent inventory and vendor management skills.
