Medical Coordinator

1. Manage / Answer patient and partner queries.

2. Coordinate with hospitals to obtain appropriate treatment plans for patients.

3. Ensure timely completion of visas and arrival arrangements.

4. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

5. Provide regular updates on ongoing patient cases from hospitals to respective partners.

6. Accurately record and manage all data in the designated MIS.

7. Establish partnerships with new hospitals for both international and domestic referrals.

8. Follow up on collections and payments.

9. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance with laws and regulations is maintained.

10.Foster and build new professional relationships.
