Telesales Executive/Sr. Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide solutions to increase sales revenue.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Process customer orders, handle complaints, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  
• Meet daily targets set by management while ensuring excellent communication skills with customers.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO or telesales industry.

• Graduate is must
  
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficient.
