Position - Network Executive (Grievance)

Location - Mumbai

HealthAssure is looking for a dynamic personality for the position of Network Executive’.

We are looking for a matured individual who is good in Relationships Building, Problem Solver, High on Energy and is Process Oriented.

The job will require relationship building with the medical network / partners which would involve : escalations management, coordination for RCA, system activation / deactivation of tests/packages/Centre, rate negotiations, coordination with internal teams for bookings, payment processing, reports closure, …etc. The candidate would be based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

- Having Networks Experience with Basic knowledge of Tests and its Procedure.

- Excellent Excel and Data Management Skills

- Having Eye for Detail to scrutinize scenario and Understand the Loophole in the Process.

- Rate Negotiations, Good Communication Skills and Exceptional System Handling Skills

- Maintaining Relationship with provider network teams & management

- Coordinate with internal teams, providers and stakeholders.

Skills

Some prior exposure or sound understanding of network management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a MUST.

You have Eye for details, Good Communication Skills and Ability to Identify Gaps

You derive a lot of satisfaction from helping other people.

You need to be someone who loves keeping all things organized.

You need to be a problem solver who is fanatical about customers.

Successful track record in a client-facing role with demonstrable success in driving one or more of: customer satisfaction, customer retention.
