Academic Counsellor

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in education counseling is a plus).
• Familiarity with student recruitment, admissions, or educational services is desirable.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A persuasive and goal-oriented mindset, with excellent negotiation skills.
• Empathy and understanding to support students in making informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
