Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

1.Must have experience & exposure in financial planning including budgeting and variance analysis, business process transformation, controllership & financial accounting, costing, Merger & Acquisition, and treasury management.

2. Ability to analyses, research and network across healthcare and start-up ecosystems.

3.Screening and Evaluation of investment, joint venture and business opportunities and projects.

4.Preparation of excel models, strategic presentations, and term sheets/investment documents.

5.Timely coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to drive closures.

6.Support Strategy and Corporate Development functions across all areas.

7. Working closely with Finance, Legal and Business teams across the organization.

8. Ensuring a systematic and organized framework for investment projects is maintained.

9. Identifying and recommending potential opportunities in line with organizational and operational goals.

10. Generating MIS and tracking financials and progress for the current and future investments and businesses.
