Biochemistry Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Biochemistry to join our diagnostic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine biochemical and hematological tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized tests in Biochemistry as per the prescribed procedures.
• Handle lab equipment like analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes for testing.
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, and processing of patient samples.
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare test reports and assist pathologists in diagnosis.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure cleanliness and safety of the laboratory.
• Follow all laboratory protocols and safety guidelines strictly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Biochemistry or Hematology lab.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and tests.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
