Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)

Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Business Development

Job Location : Delhi/ Mumbai/ Gujarat

CTC : UPTO 30 lpa

Must Have:

1. 10yrs exp in Oil & gas Industry

2. Should have done project sales(. They should have acquired complete projects for the company). No retail and distribution sales. NO PRODUCT SALES.

3. Should have handled 100 cr business.

4. NP - Should not more than 60 days

Key Requirement:

- 10+ years of Sales/BD experience in Oil and Gas sector / petrochemicals / specialty chemicals / fertilizers handling clients across PSUs and private Industries.

- Ability to secure projects both in short term (without tendering such as back to back projects) and in long term (tendering through direct participation or JVs).

- Having great communication, negotiation and convincing skills and ability to hustle.

- Experience to manage and coordinate with cross functional team such as tendering, estimations, and operations ensuring smooth flow of projects.

- Experience in connecting potential execution partners in the above mentioned sectors and creating JVs with them.

- Ability to Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements and prices across segments.

- Experience in bagging large size EPC/LSTK / manufacturing project.
