Job Description
👩â"💻The role. As a Salesforce Administrator at Headout, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, which supports the Sales, Growth, and Affiliate Partnerships teams. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you will design scalable processes, ensure data integrity, and enable seamless collaboration across teams to drive growth and efficiency. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore, and were looking for someone who can join us immediately. This is a 3-month contractual role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role. 🤩What makes this role special?. Customize and Configure Salesforce. Design tailored solutions to meet the needs of our business. Manage user roles, profiles, flows, and permissions to maintain data integrity. Build automated workflows using Salesforce Flows and tools to boost team productivity. Troubleshoot and Support. Act as the primary contact for resolving Salesforce-related issues. Work with the engineering team to ensure smooth system performance across teams. Develop Training Resources:. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training materials and support users in adopting best practices. Data Management and Accuracy. Conduct regular data audits and implement processes to enhance data quality. Establish governance practices to maintain data consistency across teams. Optimize and Innovate. Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction. Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to execute cross-functional projects. Introduce new features to enhance Salesforces functionality as Headout scales. Stay Updated. Keep up with Salesforce updates, tools, and best practices. Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem. ðŸ’What skills & experience do you need?. Proven experience in Salesforce administration and CRM systems. Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Admin 201). Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features. Knowledge of automation tools like Apex is a bonus. Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
