Operations Head - Beauty Salon Business - Based at Trivandrum
- Overall P&L and Operations responsibility of all Marlyn Beauty Salons
- Responsible for offering best services in skin care, haircare, makeup and special services like nail art, saree draping etc
- Product procurement, optimum utilisation of consumables
- Recruiting and Managing well qualified team of beauticians,
- Maintain high standards of Customer service and Hygiene
- Marketing and Promotional activities for growth of business
- Identifying locations for new salons for business growth
- MIS responsibility
Qualification
- UG or PG in Beautician Programs with 8 to 10 years experience running salons
Salary
5-6 lakh per annum plus variables
