Head : Operations and Delivery
- This is a leadership role, reporting into the CEO. As the head of operations and delivery, you'd be accountable and responsible for client retention, account revenue growth, new client onboarding and quality metrics on delivery.
- The delivery organization is the core of the company and drives the company forward.
- You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and monitoring our client engagements to ensure successful delivery of branding and digital marketing initiatives. The below points describe the role in more detail, and encompasses all aspects through the lifecycle of our customer engagement.
Client interfacing : This is a client facing role. You'd be the interface of the company with the client. Expect to discuss strategies for business growth using digital with CMOs. You should have the domain knowledge and gravitas to engage the customer and translate these into requirements and strategies.
Building governance systems : Create and manage a governance & reporting system, which ensures quality delivery for all customers.
Problem solving : Solving business problems using digital techniques is a crucial part of what we do. Being adept at structured problem solving is an important skill. Expect to engage in structured problem solving and helping the team get to solutions.
Business growth : A key success metric is growing the existing customer account. Your ability to cross-sell & up-sell by pitching the right ideas to the customer is important.
Team management : You would be at the helm of ~100+ people organization. Your ability to attract new talent and to keep the team motivated is the most important KRA you are expected to deliver on.
In short, customer account health and team motivation would be the key measures of success as the Head - Delivery and Operations.

Qualification & Work Experience :
- Above all, if you believe you have a good quality of mind, can think first principles and learn new skills quickly you'd do well in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in your previous work experience.
- 6-11 years of work-experience in high quality roles.
- Entrepreneurial skills or experiences are positives.
- Experience in marketing, especially digital marketing is definitely a plus, but not a must have.
- Good pedigree, i.e., Tier I/II Engineering + MBA is a must have.
