Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirement:
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling new products or business lines in a digital business.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Market Acumen: Deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
