Unibic Foods - Head - Logistics (10-20 yrs)

- Responsible for leading the PAN India logistics, warehouse, inventory & billing operations for all the sales Channels.

- To drive operational excellence and process improvements across the billing and logistics supply chain.

- Manage and oversee budgets allocated for logistics and automation projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- To manage budgeting, planning, and auditing of logistics operations and to promote, execute and evaluate operational plans.

- Craft and execute a strategic roadmap for automating logistics systems while fostering close collaboration with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions.

- Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
