HDFC Life - Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel (1-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage bancassurance channel sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve targets.

- Develop strong relationships with bank partners to drive business development and cross-selling opportunities.

- Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) through cold calling, telesales, phone banking, relationship management, retail banking, branch banking, broking, investment products etc.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining a focus on quality over quantity.
