Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead development of complex, high-performance web applications using React.js
• Component Design: Design and implement reusable and maintainable components and front-end libraries
• Performance Optimization: Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Code Quality: Maintain high code quality standards
• Conduct code reviews
• Write unit tests
• Implement best practices
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back- end developers
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies
• Incorporate new technologies into development process when appropriate
• Problem Solving: Address and solve complex technical challenges
• Contribute to architecture decisions and strategic planning

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 4 years of experience in software development using ReactJS
• Education : BE/B.Tech
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• State Management: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• API Integration: Proficient in integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Build Tools: Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Fintech Knowledge: Previous experience in the fintech industry is advantageous but not required.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
