• Provide inputs to channel partner on improvement of productivity and development
• Complete manpower planning of the region

Business Delivery

• Enabling sales team to achieve targets through regular analytics and relationship inputs, through sales management tools viz. Leads tracking, conversion, adequacy etc.
• Analytics on Lead Tracking System and Sales process management
• Continuous interaction with stake holders to facilitate business

Sales Development

• Drive reward & recognition programs for channel partner to increase sales and build distribution
• MIS on multiple strategic business inputs / initiatives for the HDFC Life sales team to drive the same along with channel partners’ distribution team
• Planning and ensuring high activity amongst the partner's distribution network.
