Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of insurance advisors to achieve targets.
  
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors to expand the business.
  
• Build relationships with clients through regular visits and maintain accurate records.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for life insurance products and generate leads.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (preferably life insurance).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance, health insurance, and life insurance products.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
