Channel Co-ordinator - VRB - Porur

Job Purpose To assists the Channel Head on Tracking channels performance and requirements. Provide channel support on various MIS.

Key Responsibility Areas Performance Standards

Channel Support • Collating the Day Plan from the RHs and publishing the same to Channel Head • Collating End of the Day report and checking if the same is correct, and publishing the same • Income collation on Weekly basis - Achievements Vs Target • Updating RM master and sharing the same with HNW product & Assets/Cards/TPP teams for income mapping and RM mapping

Business update to Senior

Management • Collate the Daily Activity Report from the units/region and publish it to Channel Head. • Collate the Weekly Activity Report from the units/region and publish it to Channel Head. • Collate the Monthly Activity Report from the units/region and publish it to Channel Head. • Publish the Underperforming RM summary to Channel Head • Preparing a Business summary and sharing it with Channel Head

Report Monitoring • Monitoring RH/UH Report which shows the Achievement Vs Targets at the RH/UH level • Monitoring NAV Tracker which is the branch level performance of New Account opened in the Current Financial Year. Publish the summary at a branch level, Circle level & Cluster Level. • Updating the existing Business and Group Head report template as per requirement.

Assisting the Channel Head • Arranging daily / weekly concalls / Webex / Teams calls with the RHs and UHs • Arranging calls / Webex / Teams calls with the Team Managers & RMs, as per direction from the Channel Head • Arranging periodic reviews con-calls / Webex / Teams meetings with various sales & product teams, as directed by the Channel Head • Planning periodic virtual & physical Review meets

• Ensuring that all approvals recd are processed by the CH within the timeline • Arranging for travel arrangements for the Channel Head by following the process, as and when required

Educational Qualifications & Certifications Key Skills

• Graduation: B.Com
• Post-Graduation: MBA in Finance &

Marketing

• Planning and Organizing Skills • Communication • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point
