Authorizer - Retail Assets Operation

Job Purpose

Government Guarantee Schemes Management Unit will be responsible for reviewing (and having E2E control on Operations responsibilities) various Government Guarantee schemes schemes and coordinating with various Govt / regulatory authorities + internal stake holders. The Unit will be the Controlling Department (Operations) for all loans disbursed under Government Guarantee Schemes. Insurance Unit will be responsible for remittance the funds to insurance company to secure banks loan account. (And having E2E control on Operations responsibilities) various Cross Sell & Security Ins. Product and coordinating with Insurance Company + internal stake holders for other related activities as well. Candidate should have good communication and Power Point Presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities -

• Implementation of New Scheme - schemes implemented by Government.
• Regular Process reviews
• Suggest and implement process flow as per scheme guidelines.
• Coordination with various stakeholders (Both Internal & External).
• Conduct regular review with stake holders.
• Meet Govt. Trust officials at regular intervals.
• Regular process reviews for improvement / changes.
• Review of processes at regular intervals.
• Fix Gaps observed in processes. • Propose and Implement system / process changes.
• Monitoring of various GLs & suspense accounts.
• Ensure Regular MIS is published by recon team.
• Monitor the GL & suspense account open entries.
• Conduct regular reviews on Open entries.
• Verification & authorization of transactions.
• Health check of various activities in the department.
• • Ensure high value transactions are thoroughly reviewed for action.
• • Ensure Health Check is carried to ensure there is no breach in any form as per scheme guidelines.
