Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive with a proven track record in hospital sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales, and expanding our service reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote home recovery services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, discharge coordinators, and medical staff.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive outreach campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional client service to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in hospital sales or healthcare business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and home care services is a plus
