We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to join our team at HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. This role is based at our head office and is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, effective client communication, and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination: Maintain open and effective communication with existing clients to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
Order Processing: Handle purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for smooth order fulfillment.
Internal Team Communication: Coordinate with different teams to align on project progress and ensure seamless execution of operations.
Supplier Coordination: Conduct regular follow-ups with packaging suppliers to ensure timely delivery of production materials.
Dispatch & Logistics Management: Manage dispatch-related communications to facilitate efficient and timely shipment of goods.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations, order processing, or client coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
