Senior Landscape Architect

Position: Senior Landscape Architect

Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for experienced Landscape Architects to work with us on a diverse range of projects, both architectural and urban scale. This would include landscape works along waterfronts, streets, within campuses, for offices, residences, institutions etc.

Education: Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

Experience: 5 + years in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Planning and Designing.

Responsibilities:

• Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per HCPs design philosophy and standards.
• Coordinate within the studio as well as with the consultants, experts and advisors to incorporate their inputs in the project as per the design intent.
• Participate in site visits to understand the site, review project status, address issues related to landscape and horticulture and ensure adherence to design
• Prepare presentations, and reports to communicate design ideas effectively 
• Comply with local regulations and norms governing landscape while designing.
• Determine and adhere to timelines.
• Assist in building the landscape team at HCP and participate in Business Development

Skills (Mandatory):

• Skilled at sketching by hand.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and MS office.
• Good graphical and presentation skills.
• Up-to date with various landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technology.
• Good communication skill with proficiency in English.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Time & priority management.

Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
