Hi All,
We're Hiring - EDI Lead & EDI Sr. developer role
Location : Pan India
Experience : 8 to 14 yrs
Notice period : Immediate to 45 days joiners
Role & responsibilities
Primary Skills:
Axway B2Bi, EDI implementation, IBM Sterling, Partner Onboarding, Azure DevOps.
JD:
Analyze and translate business data needs into system requirements.
Implement EDI specifications and mapping.
Expert in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS) and transactions.
Coordinate new EDI integrations and ensure system functionality.
Monitor EDI transactions for accurate processing.
Resolve technical issues and discrepancies in EDI systems.
Develop automation use cases for EDI monitoring.

In this I worked for 2 years, with my past experiences what I observed is this is one of the worst organisation that won't give good salery but they will say they got very good projects and profits. Plz don't wast your career in these companies.simple it's better for newly joined below 5years.Plz don't wast your life by joining after 5years experience.
Most important is - Very bad salery hike and worst work culture and devlopment. - No work-life balance - No No No salery or your variable pay after dedicatedly working also.
