HCL group is looking for an opening of CA ( direct Tax) at Noida location.

Experience - 6+ Years

Location: Noida

The brief job description is as follows:

• Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of tax returns of Corporate & Individuals and Trusts.
• Responsible for computation and payment of Advance tax liability of the companies and individuals.
• Responsible for all direct tax related compliances including filing of various forms etc.
• Preparation of response to notices/ letters issued by the tax authorities and Liaising with them for inquiries, notices, rectifications, refunds etc.
• Representation before Income Tax Authorities in relation to assessments and appeals
• TDS advisory on various transactions including international transaction
• Regular knowledge update on tax updates, assess impact of amendments and also ensure the proper mechanism in place to comply the new tax regulation time to time.
