Role & responsibilities

Drafting & vetting of various legal documents including Property Acquisition Documents, Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deeds, Deed of Transfer, Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement, Deed of Adherence, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.

Conducting legal due diligence process for acquisition of Grade A commercial properties including offices and warehouses across top 6 Indian Cities in coordination with top-tier external law firms

Acting as the Compliance Officer for the AIF with SEBI

Oversee the migration of current model to the new proposed MSM REIT regulation by SEBI

Drafting and vetting of all types of Vendor Agreements, Service Agreement, Power of Attorney, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Indemnities, Mortgage Agreements, Trusteeship Agreements, Escrow agreements, Trust Deeds etc.

Advise on fund formation, registration, and ongoing compliance requirements.

Draft, review, and update legal documents, including offering memorandums, agreements, and disclosure documents for AIFs. Ensure compliance with SEBI disclosure and reporting requirements

Preferred candidate profile

E xperience 6+ years with a real estate developer or a law firm for property matters. Qualification LLB from reputed University
