Hands-on experience with DCT, DCR, Workflows Workflow Modeller, Components
TeamSite SitePublisher pages, components, templates, TeamSite Externals, controllers, TeamSite Form API, and Forms publisher API
Workflow Modeller for creating the workflows
J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, JNDI, EJB, XML, Webservices

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities (What do you want this job to do):-
Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators to build AEM solutions and Translate business requirements into technical details
Advise and mentor development groups
Deliver requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines
Responsibility for creation and following day to day architecture plan
Lead the implementation team (technical consultant to do the work)
Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to TEAM SITE
Coordinate and collaborate with Team members within the organisation and the customer site (basis project requirement) to effectively develop and implement concepts agreed upon as per agreed upon timelines
Ensure that Organisational values are displayed at all points in time
Growing technical skills to support individual and organisational development
Display the ability to lead a team of professionals (Developers and Sr Developers). Work with the team to deliver on project per timelines. Lead and develop the team on relevant skillsets. First level escalation point for the customer.
