(What do you want this job to do):-
- Conception and Implementation of enterpsise content management solutions based on Team Site
- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of Implementation concepts
- Independent development and implementation of innovative ideas
- Support with the transfer of the Team Site into the development and operating environment of the Team Site architecture and staging
- Coordinate and collaborate with Team members within the organisation and the customer site (basis project requirement) tp effectively develop and implement concepts agreed upon as per agreed upon timelines
- Ensure that Organisational values are displayed at all points in time
- Growing technical skills to support individual and organisational development

- Display the ability to lead a team of professionals (Developers and Sr Developers). Work with the team to deliver on project per timelines. Lead and develop the team on relevant skillsets. First level escalation point for the customer.
