Business Development Executive

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for ensuring Arun Ice Creams and Hatsun Daily Long Life divisions value added products sales in their allotted geographical location without compromising on the norms of Hatsun and smooth functioning in organization.

Principal Accountabilities

• Vacant area to be identified for appointing new distributor
• Evaluating the new distributor list, distributors appointment
• Taking opening stock position during regular visit
• Discussion on primary during regular visit
• Discussion on secondary sales
• Coverage and distribution expansion
• Discussion on market outstanding
• Retail market visit along with the distributor person
• New outlets to be developed
• Retailer order to distributor
• Distributor order from depot
• Distributor, retailer complaints and consumer complaints
• Responsible for promotional activities.

• Internal: With dispatch supervisors
• Internal: Accounts /Audit - Coordinate with accounts departments

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Educational qualifications: Graduate
• Relevant experience: 1 year sales or field experienced candidate.

• Two Wheeler.
