Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SaaS Sales Executive to join our remote team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by selling the Skillkeepr platform to small and mid-sized recruitment and staffing companies across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at small and mid-sized recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor pitches and demos to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Skillkeepr.
- Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and opportunities for product enhancements.Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment technology space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry and experience selling to staffing agencies is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
