Java Lead - Spring Boot Framework (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and microservices. A strong command of MySQL and Spring Boot is essential, along with familiarity with REST APIs and version control systems like Git. Frontend experience with React or Angular is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.

Database Management :

- Develop efficient queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity using MySQL.

Frameworks and APIs :

- Build robust applications using Spring Boot.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs to enhance application functionality.

Version Control :

- Collaborate with team members using Git for version control and code collaboration.

Frontend Collaboration :

- Work with frontend technologies like React or Angular (up to 20%) to ensure seamless integration with backend services.

Code Review and Best Practices :

- Perform code reviews, maintain high-quality coding standards, and write efficient and maintainable code.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Java programming language.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.

- In-depth knowledge of MySQL (query optimization, database design, and maintenance).

- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with Git for version control.

- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred).
